About The Job
Dudek is seeking a technology professional with a proven track record in Microsoft 365 and Power platform administration. The lead will be responsible for configuring, securing, and administering our Microsoft 365 SharePoint and Teams environments. The role requires expertise in configuring, optimizing, and troubleshooting core Microsoft 365 SharePoint and Teams environments, along with the core services of the Power Platform, to facilitate efficient collaboration, content and document management, and workflow management for our enterprise.

The team is looking for a team player who can immerse themselves in a fast-moving environment with exposure to different business functional teams contributing to overall client experience. Duties and Responsibilities (may include some or all of the below): 
  • Configure and administer Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other core Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
  • Create, configure, and secure SharePoint & Teams sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions according to best practices and user requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into efficient M365, SharePoint, and Power Platform solutions.
  • Administer and secure Power Automate workflows to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and security settings within Microsoft 365 and SharePoint & Teams environments.
  • Implement best practices for security, governance, and performance within Power Platform applications and SharePoint Online.
  • Provide user training and support for M365 collaboration, Power Platform, and SharePoint applications.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance as needed.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field of study; relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, and Power Platform certifications).
  • Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 administrator, with expertise in SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Apps & Power Automate configuration and administration.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite functionality, including OneDrive, SharePoint & Teams, as well as Power Automate workflows, connectors, and process automation.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks is a plus.
  • Strong ability to interact and communicate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions

Working Conditions:
  • This job operates in a remote or office-based environment and this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, etc.
  • This job requires occasional project site visits-based outdoors which can include excessive noise, uneven walking surfaces, extreme weather, moving vehicles and equipment.

  • This job requires working on a computer, sitting or standing for long periods of time in an office or remote office setting.

Proposed Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000 annually*
*Final agreed upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to an individual’s related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
